APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Glendale

I've been living here since Aug 2024 and since I've moved in Anna was very welcoming and answered all my questions and was sensitive to my situation but my hat goes off to Mariana since day 1 she has been understanding and works with me in every situation which im completely greatful for. She has been a blessing in my life,truly! I had a few issues that I had to put work orders in but they were out urgently to resolve the concerns. Also, the maintenance guys are nice and resolved my issues that same day. The maintenance guys I see often cleaning the property which is great! Since I've moved in they have improved the apartments by putting on screen doors(which is great I can keep my door open since the weather is beautiful). I can literally go on and on. Yes the apartments are a bit expensive but u get what u pay for. I love my apartment! Thank you Portola team! You guys are great! Please keep up the hard work. It doesn't go unnoticed.

I've been in a couple of the apartments available. The 2 and 3 bedrooms are big, maintenance responds to work orders in a timely manner, and management is very helpful and friendly whenever I go up to the office! Would definitely recommend this place over others!

I would like to extend my appreciation to the team at Portola on Bell. Management, particularly Anna and Mariana, are a pleasure to work with—always friendly, professional, and dedicated to providing excellent service with a smile. It’s truly a positive experience doing business with them.

I just had to move from these apartments due to a job change, but they were nice. Sarah and Pat in the office are very helpful. The maintenance staff always do a great job. The location is convenient as you are close to just about everything. The neighbors have always been quiet and respectful of each other.

We lived there for 3 years after having an awful experience at another apartment complex. Pat and Sarah are very friendly and accommodating. The apartments feel very open and spacious and are located right behind Fry's. We loved living there.

I've lived here close to a year now. Pat and Sarah in the leasing office are amazing!!!! This complex is awesome. Quiet and cozy. Great amenities and a modern feel. The maintenance staff are on top of it. Fantastic place to live.

I've signed on for a 3rd year. The office staff know my family by name, they're ALWAYS kind and courteous. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, they're on it almost immediately -- same day or the next. We had an issue with billing and werent able to pay rent on time once, but they were understanding and did what they could to accommodate.

The office staff are great. The two ladies helped me get into apartment smooth and easy. I believe their names are Anna and Marianna. Very professional and also to the maintenance. Came through fixed little things quickly and we’re done with their job. Staff in the office get five stars each. Neighborhood is very nice quiet , safe environment for children. Looking for a nice safe place to live.. Try here. I love it!!💯👍🏼👍🏼

Sarah was an absolute gem! Quick, up front on everything and in 3hrs flat had a new home to go to! So far so good! Just wish parking was more accommodating. Most families have 2 cars and parking does not accommodate for that...
