I have been living here for a few months now and I’m loving it! The apartment is very comfortable and spacious you get more of a house feeling rather than an apartment. Anna and Mariana have been always very Welcoming and helpful since day one from initial application process until move in! Maintenance request are usually done within 24hours or same day. I was very stressed out when I contacted leasing office since I had applied online with a different apartment community and had been approved but last minute they where giving me a hard time because of my 2 pets, i was notified of this 2 weeks before my move to AZ I was in Colorado at that time, that’s when I contacted Portola on Bell and Anna and Mariana stepped in and made sure the process was quick and smooth to make sure I and my pets had a place to come home to by my scheduled move in date! They where amazing and I’m so happy and grateful to live in such nice clean community and even better that the leasing and maintenance staff takes good care of their residents!

I just moved in the area again. The office personnel were very friendly and made it simple for my transition. It was very difficult to have to move from a house to an Apartment after two years. However the community is quiet at night and people are friendly!. Not to mention stores are convenient too. Thank you!

The office management is amazing and I have had no problems at this complex. Any thing that needs to be fixed is always done quickly !
